Thank you for choosing the Harvest Option offered by Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS) for their Revive This Nation (RTN) ministry.

Harvest North America (HNA) has been invited to partner with SWBTS in their “Revive This Nation” mission. HNA’s role is to be forerunners, sent to prepare/equip the participating churches to receive the Revival Preacher as well as building their own Church Harvest Team (who will become the catalyst for witnessing). This team will be selected by the Pastor inside the Church.   

At HNA our goal, is to fully train and equip all participating churches to engage in a successful revival endeavor. We begin this process by fully informing you of the involvement and task requirements that will be expected from your church. Also, we want to share with you what you can expect from HNA relating to training, resources, equipping, and facilitating.   

Overview:

• HNA is an evangelistic ministry committed to ‘sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of the United States of America through face-to-face meetings’.We accomplish this by:
• Focusing on training churches to build and equip an in-house Harvest Team.
• Harvest Team members will be taught how to write and present their personal stories. These testimonies will include, how they came to faith in Christ and the difference that relationship has made in their life.
• Mobilizing the Harvest Team to share their personal testimonies within their church and community via pre-arranged appointments.

Harvest North America – Provisions:

• HNA will provide training via Simulcast at a designated time.  This training session will:
• Provide information regarding the Harvest Team selection and mission.
• Provide information regarding Church Team selection and mission.
• Cover team member roles and responsibilities.
• Provide you with all the downloadable resources you will need for the RTN/Harvest project and the Church and Harvest Team members.
• During this meeting you will be able to ask questions along the way and we will allow for a Q&A at the end of the meeting.
• HNA works hard to fully equip you for a successful revival.

• HNA will provide timelines for you to follow. These timelines are customized for your church and provide for task completion dates. Staying on track with the timelines will allow you to be prepared to receive the Revival Preacher and to keep everyone busy with the evangelism tasks throughout the revival week.

• HNA is committed to the sharing of personal testimonies as our evangelistic model. Through this vehicle your whole church will be involved on some level: Coordinators, team members, and prayer partners. The dynamic of working together and participating in seeing your church strengthened during this revival time will be a tremendous blessing to your membership and HNA.

Expectations on Participating Churches:

• Prior to the simulcast training have your Church and Harvest Teams selected
• Attend the simulcast training. Required for the Pastor and Church and Harvest Team members.
• Review the downloadable Harvest material so you are familiar with it by the time of the simulcast. Remember, you will be able to ask better questions about the process, timelines and requirements if you have familiarized yourself with the provided information
• Begin the preliminary steps of enlisting the church as prayer partners and encouraging them to fill out individual prayer cards. (This information is found in the resource materials.)

A Friendly Reminder:

• Under the leadership of the Pastor, two ministry teams will be built:

1. Church Team – This team will consist of 4 people, who will serve to mobilize your church in preparation and implementation of the RTN/HNA project (HNA will train the Church Team during the Simulcast). To have a successful project, the Church Team must lead the church to “Prepare” through prayer for family and friends, who are without Christ and need to hear about the difference He can make in their lives and at a given time schedule appointments with those they are praying for.  
2. Harvest Team – will consist of 3-4 people, (HNA will train the Harvest Team during the Simulcast).  This Team will be committed to go on appointments that have been made inside your church and share their story of Christ in their lives.   

Additional Information:   

• In addition to the scheduled Revival Worship Services, the RTN/HNA project we will focus on mobilizing the Harvest Team to share their personal testimonies at pre-arranged appointments with family members and friends.
• For well over a decade HNA has been involved in ministry around the country. During this time, we have seen God save souls, change lives, mend marriages, restore broken relationships, and rebuild churches. We have watched as He has worked in the lives of some in such a way that they are never again fully satisfied unless they are telling others about Jesus! 

Being committed to our evangelistic model and diligently working the process, we have seen these remarkable results:

• 75% of all appointments made were kept and the gospel was presented!
• 50% of those who heard the Gospel, received Jesus as Lord and Savior! 
• 100% successful in obedience to sharing the Gospel!

When you select the Harvest Option, SWBTS will process your application and forward it to HNA.  Once we receive your application from SWBTS, HNA will be in contact with you and work with you as we move forward.
