Share the Eternal Love Story of God

As I thought about what I could say to each of us about the work of Harvest North America and the many doors He has opened over the years, the Lord kept saying in my spirit and quite time, ‘talk about the Gospel’.  It seems that never changes since that is the very heartbeat of who our God is and the heartbeat of HNA.  So, I thought I would share some of the things God has put on my heart!

1 John 4:7 begins to tell the love story of our Lord and is very pointed about how we get to God.  In 1 John 4:14-15, it’s very clear, “And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his son to be the Savior of the world.  If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.”

When we think about reaching our inner circle with the Gospel, I think we have come to a place that we believe the Gospel is the absolute power of God and that people still have an eternal need for the Savior, Jesus the Christ.  The scripture tells us without receiving Christ as the Messiah, we can’t get to God.  That’s where we come in and share the eternal love story with our friends and family.  The truth of the Gospel, a relationship with Christ and life in the here and now and for eternity!

It’s not always easy to share with those close to us.  The deceiver will try to silence us to the point of making us believe that telling someone about Jesus and their need for Him as their Savior won’t work, that our relationships will suffer or that they just won’t listen.  But wait; remember the Gospel is the power of God!  If we will be faithful to pray for our family and friends and then make sure they hear the Gospel, well… the harvest belongs to God!

The Word asks you and me the question, “How can they believe in whom they have not heard and how can they hear without a preacher?”

Commit to pray for your inner circle.  Then, at a given time, share your story of Christ in your life and give them an opportunity to come to know your Jesus.  Call us and let us know how we can help you get to that point in your life.  You already know that you possess the Power of the Almighty God and that in Him you can do anything!

Thank you for being our partner in the Gospel.

His Love and Blessings,
Doyle and Carolyn Enloe
